LOTOS

Header

The LOTOS Group's social responsibility strategy defines the target groups to which its initiatives are addressed.

The organisation endeavours to build positive relations with all these groups, as each of them, albeit to various extent, affects its performance in the creation of economic, social and environmental values. In the business, social and environmental decision-making process, we also seek to take into account the interests of the individual groups relevant to our operations.

The groups are treated as the organisation’s stakeholders, i.e. entities or individuals that may influence or be influenced by our activities.

We have defined three key stakeholder groups in the area of corporate social responsibility.
